Coff退 Bait: Wàæk.Ttté Ŭp

I always enjoyed sewing. There was something so professional and cool about being able to handstitch something. Not to mention my love of drawing things that required fabric. Like outfits & handbags and I don't know about other artists but sometimes I have random visions of creating something I haven't seen much of before and I just wanna do it myself regardless of how often I've seen it or not. One of the things I envision a lot besides home decor (which I wanna get back to) are accessories. I've been working on a handbag and accessory line for a while now. It's all evolved out of the random thoughts I have that I'm like oh cool that would be interesting to recreate. However as many things you have to polish parts that don't look quite as good in real life as they do mentally. One of the things I filled my notebooks with the most as a young(er) artist (whatever you wanna call someone who has creative thoughts going in every which direction that become slightly overwhelming to reproduce) were fashion and subsequently learning to sew from my mom in my early teens. Something I've always been a little astounded by are handbags because it holds all my creative supplies and makes them portable. I like ones that show off how creative and imaginative I am so when I found the bag that has stars printed all over and was a large crossbody bag I was enfatuated. So colorful & playful. Finding it was like a siren call. I got it when I was 15 and have toted it a lot of places. I just feel the size can be cumbersome as it weighs down on my shoulders a lot. Yeah. That's probably my fault but it could definitely use more support. It's that bag that inspires me to create a line of accessories that offers both support and portability for all your favorite stuff to get toted around. There's more to the package than that though. I don't wanna spoil the surprise. What would handbags be without matching accessories so to tout my accessory line I wanna add my favorite accessories which include fabric bracelets and the oh so popular chokers.
