NEW Products Website ALMOST COMPLETE!!!!
Hello everyone. I expected to get to this sooner, but I wanted to have everything together before I made it public. There were a lot of behind the scenes kinks I had to work through, but I'M BACK. Within the next couple months, I want to expand my creative brand through accessories and fashion. This was inspired by my stuff on SpreadShirt and wanting to make my mixed media obsession practical. *Video at the end if you don't like reading.*
When I was a little kid I would carry around a sketch pad or notebook with gel pens, markers, etc. everywhere I went and doodled crude fashion illustrations and even created storyboards. My classmates and friends would say "Remember me when you become a famous fashion designer." Lol. I don't know if I will go that far but my nagging feeling while working on SpreadShirt inspired me to reconsider my style and branding, so I started sketching out fashion illustrations which made me giddy about SpreadShirt all over again.
NEW NAME
The new name if you haven't seen on my social media is Amused Style.
<<My new logo I designed. What do you think? Went through several changes. I just felt like Quirky Heartmade was too hard for people to remember and was confusing a lot of people, so I went with a more playful name. What Will My Rebrand Entail?
I obviously will be including SpreadShirt outfits and even hand making some accessories to go along with it. The new website AND rebrand will be based around my love of nature. Yes...I'm a bit of a hippy. But in the free-spirited, creative way that loves animals and nature. Speaking of animals and nature, I have been researching different causes pertaining to animals and nature and there will be a specified amount from each purchase that will go to the specific charities (more details when products are posted). I'm even working on a cool little promotion. When I moved out to my current neighborhood from the city abut 10 years ago, I saw more trees and wildlife animals, which caused a chain reaction of ideas in me that sparked an urge to be involved in humanitarian and animal work. I want to do the most I can to support these efforts.
Social Media/Website Embeds
On my website -in the coming weeks and months- you will be able to find content related to my creative fashion line: videos (cooking, skits, updates, etc.), *this blog will be embedded*, and of course the creative products and tools themselves. I have two videos coming up: a "Halloween" food video and a haul/fashion illustration video coming up that I want to make you aware of. There will be some fun promotions on my website and social media accounts. I'm going to try to be active as much as possible on social media, but I know I get engrossed in the projects and trying to get things finished and forget to post to my accounts. I'm a one woman show but I have a ton of projects I'm excited to share with you all.
